The HOA board is having the semi-annual neighborhood yard/garage sale again on October 14th, 2017 from 8am until noon (or till you decide to stop).  The ad will be placed in the paper, online and signs will be placed on the roads around the area.  

The sign should be going out at the entrance of the neighborhood soon.
